Terms of Use

Version 0.1-draft · Last updated: 31 October 2026

By using the Rattib app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

1. The service

Rattib is a personal app for organizing reminders, medicine, document expiry dates, expenses, bills, subscriptions and budgets. It is a helper only:

2. Your account

3. Free plan and Premium

4. Smart add (AI)

Smart add turns your text, a receipt photo or a bank SMS into a draft using Anthropic’s service. Drafts can be wrong, so review them before saving; nothing is saved without your confirmation, and you are responsible for what you save.

5. Your data and content

What you add is yours. You give us a limited permission to store, sync and process it only to run the service for you. Don’t put document numbers, passwords or card details in note fields.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: don’t try to access other people’s data, disrupt the servers, or get around the limits or the subscription, and don’t use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend an abusive account.

7. Availability and changes

Most of the app works offline, but sign-in, sync, smart add and purchases need the internet. We may update the app, change its features or stop the service; if we stop it, we’ll tell you in advance so you can export your data.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability for review

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by a missed reminder, data you entered incorrectly, or a draft you confirmed without reviewing.

9. App Store for review

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support, and the App Store terms also apply to your use of it.

10. Governing law for review

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. [Placeholder — to be settled in legal review]

11. Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect, and publish the new version here with its version number and date.
