Rattib

Your life organizer: reminders, medicine, documents and spending in one place.

What is Rattib?

Rattib is a mobile app for organizing everyday life in Saudi Arabia, in Arabic and English. It works offline: your data is kept on your phone and synced to our servers as a backup.

Contact support

For any question, problem or suggestion, email us. It helps to include your registered mobile number and the app version (in Settings):

support@alialnujaidi.com

You can also write to us from the app: Settings → Contact support.

Delete your account

  1. Open Rattib and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account, then Continue. We recommend exporting your data first in Settings → Export my data (CSV).
  3. Enter the code we send to your phone to confirm it’s you.

Everything is deleted for good, from our servers and from that phone: your account, reminders, medicine, documents, expenses, bills, subscriptions, budgets and receipt images, and your sessions are signed out. A deleted account can’t be recovered, and the data is wiped from backups automatically within 30 days.

If you can no longer open the app, email support@alialnujaidi.com with your registered mobile number; we’ll verify it’s you and delete the account.

Deleting your account doesn’t stop auto-renewal. If you have Premium, cancel it in the App Store first (see below).

Cancel Premium

Premium (monthly or yearly) is bought and managed through the App Store; we can’t cancel it for you.

  1. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Or in Rattib: Settings → Premium → Manage in App Store.
  2. Choose Rattib, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, then you’re back on the free plan — nothing is deleted. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
